At our customers’ satisfaction is our highest priority. All our products are made with superior craftsmanship and handed with utmost care. In the event when you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full credit refund for the items returned in new condition within 15 days of purchase less shipping costs.

Riflescopes should not be mounted and returned for full credit. We thoroughly examine all the returns under magnification. If the return is found to have been mounted or used, we assess a minimum fee of 20%.

Any shipping discrepancies, such as, damaged/ missing/ incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the package.

If you become aware of any manufacturer's defects after having the product for 15 days OR after having mounted or used the product, please consult with the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer’s contact and warranty information will be included with your order. If you require assistance or have any issue connecting with the manufacturer, we would be happy to assist.

Return Instructions:

Please return the product and paperwork with all original packaging and the original box shipped in. A refund may not be possible if the factory packaging is damaged due to improper packaging or if the original contents and materials are not included.
